I have been known by the name Juluum Dhaalgay meaning Mountain Song in the language of the Gumbaynggirr people. It was on Gumbaynggirr country that I learnt from a few Elders the importance of listening to the land and trusting my instincts. As gatekeeper of a portal I learnt to meditate and dlve deep into the psyche of the land and all its wisdoms.
My hope in guiding you on nature immersions or yarning round the fire with beads and fibers in hand is to offer an insight into what it is to live free and wild, trusting self over societal conditioning to experience a sense of what life could feel like if we work through our fears and trust in nature.
